BR Capital is the internal funding arm of Blue River focused on the opportunistic deployment of capital across the Blue River Family of Brands, focusing on residential entitlement, development, vertical construction and build for rent. In addition, BR capital provides off balance sheet land banking services to its network of builders throughout the Southern US.
Blue River Brokerage transacts on BRD’s land and lot positions by finding the appropriate end user for each deal from a vast array of investors, homebuilders, and developers. They ensure that BRD is pursuing the most lucrative exit for each of its deals.
Blue River Civil Design performs our in-house due diligence, forward planning, site design, engineering, feasibility and budgeting capabilities. They enable BRD to evaluate site feasibility while precisely tailoring its projects to comply with the respective development code.
