understand the specific underwriting models for
each BTR operator subscriber. We aim to create a
one-stop shop for underwriting by simplifying the
process. With just the subject address, subscribers
can receive a customized report at the push of
a button. Our analysis is based on your specific
preferences and includes supporting backup data
on the subject site conclusion.
In addition to the personalized underwriting
analysis, Blue River and the Spatial Laser team will
collaborate with BTR subscribers to identify top
sites using laser-focused filter criteria. Our goal is
to leave no stone unturned in prospecting every
potential opportunity within target markets.
