1. Clocktower in Douglasville, Georgia, is a community featuring 37 front-entry townhomes on 9.63 acres purchased by Stephen Elliot Homes.
2. Indian Creek in Huntsville, Alabama, offers 69 townhomes on 14 acres from Deluxeton Homes.
3. Spanning 80 acres. 646 North Ola in McDonough, Georgia, is a 95-home community purchased by Century Communities.
4. 401 Rose Drive in Marietta, Georgia, was bought by Davidson Homes. This 33-townhome community is located on 3.26 acres.
5. Silver Comet Commons in Powder Spring, Georgia, is a 70-unit townhome development on 11.65 acres purchased by Pulte Homes.
6. Georgia Walk West in Warner Robins, Georgia, is 107 fully developed final plat lots on 33.5 acres that Lennar bought.
