Land Banking - BR Capital’s strategy is to provide a global solution by holding land off a builder’s balance sheet in a manner that both mitigates BR Capital’s risk and allows builders to take lots at a reasonable basis.
Fund Raising - BR Capital also plays a crucial role in supporting BRD’s deal pipeline by enabling BRD to pursue attractive deals with tremendous speed and efficiency. BR Capital raises capital to fund the due diligence, engineering, and pursuit costs tied to the entitlement and permitting of lots alongside with opportunistic deployment in land development, vertical home construction and build for rent opportunities. BR Capital provides internal solutions to streamline deal funding across all Blue River Platforms. Furthermore, BR Capital has the capacity to provide land banking services to both Blue River Communities and Blue River Lifestyle Communities’ projects, which gives both homebuilding verticals a unique advantage.
